D’Orsogna selects various premium quality pork middle cuts which are specially prepared, cured in brine and infused with selected spices following the company long standing tradition. D’Orsogna offers a comprehensive range of bacon cuts naturally smoked or un-smoked, sliced or diced. D’Orsogna’s range of bacon is simply delicious on its own or used to enhance many food dishes including the irresistible BLT burger. The selection below is just a representation of our premium range.

Rindless Rib Rashers  and Rind On Rib Rashers

Our bacon is cut from prime pork middles, then pickled and marinated in a specially prepared mix of brine and spices. The product is naturally wood smoked to achieve a superb flavour in that traditional Dorsogna style and sliced in various pack sizes.  The only exception to this process is our Old English which is un-smoked. 

Short Cut - Eye Bacon

Our bacon is cut from prime loin and processed in the traditional D’Orsogna style and sliced in various pack sizes.

American Bacon Rashers (Belly)

 Our bacon is cut from prime pork bellies, processed in the traditional D’Orsogna style and sliced in various pack sizes.

Middle Speck Double Smoked Full

Our bacon is cut from prime loin, and processed in the traditional D’Orsogna style and sold in portions of about one kilo.

Oven Baked Bacon Bits

Made from prime loin or belly and processed a similarly to our other bacon products. The bacon is finely cubed and oven baked until almost crisp. Ideal for cooking, Caesar salads or just eaten on their own as a snack.
