Prosciutto (Dry Cured) Boneless

Made from carefully selected pork legs, naturally dry cured. Time and care makes this Prosciutto a real delight for your palate 

Coppa Mild (Capocollo)

Well seasoned pork meat with an added blend of spices and dry cured.

Pancetta Rolled Mild

Produced from selected premium pork bellies. This product is well seasoned and dry cured for a few months to acquire its optimum taste profile. 

Peperoni Sticks (fermented)

A blend of meat with selected spices including paprika. The product is then cured for a few weeks to allow the subtle spicy taste to settle. 

Csabai Sticks (fermented)

A blend of meat and delicate spices, lightly smoked. The product is then cured for a few weeks to allow the meat to acquire its characteristic mild flavour.

Krakowurst

Medium size sausage made from finely minced selected meats with a hint of added garlic and smoked lightly.

Polish Sausage

 A selection of prime pork & beef meats blended together with well seasoned spices and a hint of paprika. It is then wood smoked to achieve an unmistakable taste profile.

Peperoni (cooked)

A blend of meat with selected spices including paprika. The product is then cooked and smoked.

Csabai  (cooked)

A blend of meat and delicate spices to achieve a mild flavour. The product is cooked and slightly smoked.

Cabanossi (three varieties)

A versatile sausage made from coarsely minced selected seasoned pork. It is delicately smoked to create its irresistible taste profile. Also available as “Chilli and Cheese” and “Bocconcini Cheese”

Kabana

Made from selected prime pork that is minced with a blend of spices and delicately smoked. This soft texture and easy to bite casing completes a truly first class product.

Mortadella (several varieties)

This product is made from carefully selected meats which are seasoned with traditional Italian herbs and spices then fully cooked. This traditional family process provides a smooth textured product with irresistible flavours and aroma

Strasburg

Prepared from selected prime quality meats it’s a wholesome garlic flavoured meat-loaf style product and very versatile.
