D’Orsogna produces a comprehensive range of Frankfurts and other sausages for any occasion. The products are made from selected manufactured meat and all natural ingredients. These products are great for snacks.

Frankfurts and Cocktail Frankfurts
D’Orsogna Frankfurts are made from selected meats and seasoned spices, then blended to a fine texture and manufactured to various sizes for that perfect “Hot Dog”. The Cocktail Franks are smaller in size and ideal for children’s parties and quick snacks.
“Cheese” and “Chilli and Cheese” Sausages
Made from selected prime pork, coarsely minced with a blend of seasoned spices, cheese and delicately smoked. The soft texture and easy to bite casing completes a truly first class product.
Thick Sausages Blanched and BBQ Sausages
D’Orsogna Sausages are made from selected meats and spices. The product is blended to a fine texture and filled into a natural casing and then blanched for convenient “heat and serve”.
