D’Orsogna has produced a comprehensive range of premium Hams both bone and boneless for more than 61 years. Our premium quality hams are made from the finest legs of pork. Their distinctive fine texture and flavours are unique. There are many quality hams to choose from whatever the occasion.

We have proudly supplied West Australians with our famous range of locally made hams including a range of pre-sliced and shaved products for any occasion. After 61 years, still WA-owned and still classic WA.

Cooked Leg Ham Bone-In Full and Halves

This premium ham is cured and smoked, selected from lean hind leg of pork. This traditional leg ham is cooked, lightly spiced and wood smoked to enhance its delicate flavour.

Shoulder Ham (Picnic)

This traditionally cooked ham on the bone is prepared using only selected prime pork shoulder. Firm, yet tender, this ham benefits from being spiced, baked and lightly wood smoked to create a delightful unique taste. 

Champagne Ham (Easy Carve)

This premium ham is made from the finest lean pork, cured, then wood smoked. It has a lightly spiced delicate flavour. The ham is partly boned to make slicing and preparation easier.

Honey Ham Off the Bone

This premium ham is made from the finest and leanest leg of pork, infused with natural honey, then cured and wood smoked. The ham is partly boned to make slicing and preparation easier.

Ham Royale

This extremely lean-cut ham is a full muscle premium leg ham in a convenient size. It has been traditionally wood smoked to enhance its natural flavours.

Virginia Ham

This premium quality boneless ham is cured and wood smoked to a traditional D’Orsogna family recipe. It has a unique delicate flavour and a silky fine texture

Filadelfia Leg Ham

A British style un-smoked leg ham, cured in a traditional brine and then cooked in water for a fragrant flavour

Triple Smoked Ham

This premium quality boneless ham is made from the finest leg of pork. It is traditionally cured and naturally wood-smoked to an old family recipe. The distinctive and unmistakably fine texture and smoked flavour is quite unique.

Premium Leg Ham Full or Half

This premium ham is made from the finest legs of pork. It is cured and then cooked to a traditional D’Orsogna family recipe resulting in an unmistakable delicate flavour and texture. 

River Gum Smoked Leg Ham

This boneless leg ham is made from carefully selected legs of pork. It's cured and naturally wood smoked following an old family recipe. The distinctive colour and exceptional quality along with the strong smoky taste makes this ham distinctive and unmistakable.

Rindless Leg Ham Half

This ham is made from subtly spiced, slow cooked, prime pork leg meat to create its delicate flavour. The ham has a tantalising taste and easy slicing ability.

Mini Ham

This ham is easy to slicing and is made from subtly spiced slow-cooked pork meat to create a delicate flavoured manufactured ham.
