Pressed Beef (Home Style)
This product is made from selected prime seasoned beef. It is pressed into 6x4 moulds and slowly cooked in brine to retain moisture and flavour in the traditional corned beef style.
Premium Roast Beef
This product is made from a selected prime cut of beef. It is slowly cooked to retain moisture and flavour in the traditional D'Orsogna style. The delicate flavour is achieved by a blend of subtle mixed spices and a tantalizing caramelized surface.
Pastrami
This product is made from a selected prime cut of beef, seasoned and pressed into 6x4 moulds and slowly cooked. The product is coated in specially prepared seasoning mix which gives the unique appearance and taste profile.
Porchetta
Oven roasted pork is made from premium natural de-boned pork shoulder, seasoned with Italian style herbs and spices. The product is manually rolled and tied with butcher’s twine to keep it in shape and than roasted.
Roast Pork Half (Plain or Seasoned)
Roast pork is made from premium natural de-boned pork shoulder which is delicately spiced and pressed in moulds to shape. The product is cooked in brine to retain moisture and a full flavoured taste profile.
