Salami
D’Orsogna salamis are well known for their authenticity and quality. The salamis are made from selected quality Australian meats and contain no fillers or additives. The products are seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices in the original recipes. Every one of D’Orsogna’s salami goes through a comprehensive process which includes a week in climatic rooms where the fermentation process starts, followed by a few weeks in our state-of-the-art drying room where the salami is properly aged to perfection. This family traditional process of three generations delivers a unique flavour profile and aroma.
Hungarian
Hungarian is mild, lean salami made from quality meats with a very lightly smoked flavour. D'Orsogna Hungarian salami has a traditional European flavour and is a much sort after product. The usage of this product is extremely versatile ranging from sandwiches and pizzas to antipasto platters
Danish
Made from selected prime meats, which are lightly smoked & seasoned with freshly diced onion.
Hot (Calabrese)
Genuine country style salami made from prime selected meats seasoned with spicy fine red peppers and lightly smoked.
Peppered
Authentic country style salami made from prime selected meats seasoned with selected spices. When matured the product is rolled in coarse black peppercorns to enhance the flavour profile.
Chilli
Authentic country style salami made from prime selected meats seasoned with spicy fine red peppers. When matured, the product is rolled in dried hot chilli flakes. It’s especially made for those who enjoy a fiery burst of flavour.
German Salami Cooked
A fine texture of prime meats carefully seasoned with a blend of spices with a distinctive wood smoked flavour.

Sopressa
D'Orsogna Sopressa salami has a traditional European flavour and is a much sought after product made from premium pork with no fillers or additives. The meat is coarsely ground, flavoured with all-natural spices, and then dry cured for a few months.

This Italian home-style salami is made from coarsely minced quality pork and flavored with a complex blend of herbs and spices, including red capsicum and fennel seeds.
Felino
This salami is made from premium quality pork infused with aromatic herbs and is distinguished by the subtle flavour of Sherry.
Cacciatora Hot or Mild
An authentic European home-style sausage type product made from selected cured pork infused with aromatic herbs. Ideal for antipasto platters or simply lightly grilled on the BBQ.
