Chorizo Burger
Preparation Time: 35 mins

Ingredients: (Serves 4 people)
- 450g D'Orsogna Chorizo or Cacciatora sliced
- 2 red capsicums0 eggs
- 1 lemon
- Rocket leaves
- Ciabatta rolls
- Aioli
Preparation:
Preheat BBQ and flame grill capsicums until skin is black, then place capsicums in a bowl and cover for 15 minutes or until coll enough to handle.
Remove capsicum skins then seeds and cut into segments.
Remove skin from D'Orsogna chorizo stick and cut to length of rolls then slice chorizo lengthways into 5mm strips.
Char grill D'Orsogna chorizo strips and squeeze on some lemo juice when cooked.
Assemble split ciabatta rolls with strips of D'Orsogna chorizo, capsicum segments, rocket leaves and a tablespoon od aioli.
