Frittata Burger
Preparation Time: 55 mins

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6 people)
- 450g D'Orsogna Chorizo or Cacciatora sliced
- Wholemeal roll
- 10 eggs
- 500g pottatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 3 Tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons of cream
- Salt and pepper
- Salad leaves of choice
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
In a baking dish, toss potatoes, onion, sliced D'Orsogna chorizo with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are just tender.
In a bowl mix eggs with cream and pour over potatoes.
Top with tomatoes and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Add frittata to wholemeal roll with preferred salad leaves.
