D'Orsogna Leg Ham Starters

Preparation Time:  20 minutes

Product:  D’Orsogna Leg Ham

Ingredients:   (Serves 4)  

  • 200g sliced D’Orsogna Leg Ham
  • 1/2 loaf of sliced crusty bread (Pumpernickel Rye optional)
  • Grainy mustard
  • Small cherry tomatoes or cherry bocconcini

Method:

Take the sliced D’Orsogna Leg Ham and cut into three sections on a diagonal. Use a circle shaped cutter to cut the round bases from the sliced bread. Spread mustard generously over base.  

Top with the D’Orsogna Leg Ham pieces rolled to create a small cup and fill with either the small cherry tomatoes or cherry bocconcini to finish.
