Pasta with Ham Peas & Pecorino

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Product: D'Orsogna Ham
Ingredients (Servers 4-6):
- 1tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp spring onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 200g ham cut into strips
- 200g green peas
- 200ml cream
- Pecorino cheese, salt and pepper to taste
- 500g fettuccine cooked to manufacturer's instructions
Method:
Melt butter in a pan, add ham and peas and cook for three minutes. Pour in cream and simmer sauce until thickened. Season with pecorino, salt and pepper to taste. Mix sauce with cooked pasta.
