Pasta with Ham Peas & Pecorino

Preparation Time:  30 minutes

Product:  D'Orsogna Ham

Ingredients (Servers 4-6):

  • 1tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp spring onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 200g ham cut into strips
  • 200g green peas
  • 200ml cream
  • Pecorino cheese, salt and pepper to taste
  • 500g fettuccine cooked to manufacturer's instructions  

Method:

Melt butter in a pan, add ham and peas and cook for three minutes. Pour in cream and simmer sauce until thickened. Season with pecorino, salt and pepper to taste. Mix sauce with cooked pasta.
