- Line the hole of 12 hole muffin tray with the ham.
- Add a slice of cheese.
- Crack the egg on to the ham and cheese.
- Bake in a 160 degree Celsius oven for 20 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked.
Remove from the oven and loosen the outside edges of the ham with a knife. They will then easily come out. Serve with toast, tomato and sauces.
You can even display it on a platter that can easily be placed on the table so everyone can help themselves.
