Flame Roasted Leg Ham crusted eggs

Ingredients

200gm D’Orsogna Flame Roasted Sweet Dijon Mustard Leg Ham
6 Slices Cheese of choice
6 Eggs
To serve: toast, tomato, sauces etc.

Cooking Instructions

  • Line the hole of 12 hole muffin tray with the ham.
  • Add a slice of cheese.
  • Crack the egg on to the ham and cheese.
  • Bake in a 160 degree Celsius oven for 20 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked.

Remove from the oven and loosen the outside edges of the ham with a knife. They will then easily come out. Serve with toast, tomato and sauces.

You can even display it on a platter that can easily be placed on the table so everyone can help themselves.
