Ingredients
Method
Arrange the Prosciutto slices on a flat serving board, forming the base layer in the shape of a Christmas tree.
Place the round crackers above the Prosciutto slices to form the next layer.
Scatter an assortment of olives above the crackers layer to form the third layer of the Christmas tree.
Cut the brie cheese into small wedges and place the brie pieces above the olives layer, creating the second last layer of the Christmas tree.
Lastly, to finish the Christmas tree lightly roll a few pieces of Prosciutto to form the top of the tree.
Cut out a star shape from sliced cheese and place it at the top of the Christmas tree.
Garnish the tree by adding rosemary sprigs in between the layers of the Christmas tree before scattering almonds on top.
