Maple Honey Ham glaze

Ingredients

D’Orsogna Australian Jarrah Honey Ham 1.2kg 
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp Sweet Dijon Mustard
Whole cloves, to stud

Cooking Instructions

1. Stir all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until the sugar dissolves.
2. Preheat oven to 165ºC. Line a baking dish with non-stick baking paper.
3. Stud cloves in the centre of the diamond pattern on the ham with cloves.         
4. Brush the glaze over the ham. Bake, brushing with glaze every 25 mins, for 30-45mins.
