Fresh herbs add extra flavour and colour and flair to your cooking, but often a whole bunch is too much for the dish you’re making.
We always wrap any leftover herbs in damp paper towel & then cling wrap & keep them in the crisper of my fridge so they stay fresh for next time we need them. Most herbs will keep well for at least a week stored like this.
Even better is to grow a few basic herbs of your own so you only have to cut what you need each day. They’re cheaper, easy to grow and they look pretty!
