Ham tortellini

Ingredients

 200 g sliced D'Orsogna leg ham
 340 g fresh cheese tortellini
 1 cup cooking cream
 ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
 ½ cup frozen peas

Method

Add fresh pasta to a large pot and cook the tortellini over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Once the tortellini is cooked, drain the pasta water and return tortellini to the pot.

Return the pot to the stove over a low heat.

Add the D'Orsogna Leg Ham, cream, cheese and peas and mix through until combined together.

Remove from heat and divide evently into 4 bowls before serving with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
