Antipasto plate on a stick

Ingredients

1 pack spicy chorizo and/or mild salami
 12 large skewers
 12 black olives
 12 cherry tomatoes
 12 small bocconcini balls
 12 artichoke hearts

Method

1

Begin by cutting the chorizo into halves. If you’re using salami as well, you can slice it into smaller pieces or fold the slices into quarters for easier skewering. Drain the bocconcini balls and artichoke hearts if necessary, and set all ingredients aside.

2

ake one skewer and begin layering the ingredients. Start with a black olive, then add a folded piece of chorizo or salami. Follow this with a cherry tomato, a bocconcini ball, and an artichoke heart. Continue this process for each skewer until all 12 are assembled. Ensure that the ingredients are spaced well, so they’re easy to eat and look visually appealing.

3

Once all the skewers are assembled, place them neatly on a plate, arranging them in a fan or stacked design. This makes the antipasto sticks easy to serve and grab. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until you're ready to serve.

4

Right before serving, take the plate out of the fridge to let it warm up slightly. Your antipasto sticks are now ready to enjoy as a fun and easy appetizer, perfect for any gathering!
