Bacon & Cheese Pork Chops

Ingredients

 6 Bone-in Pork Chops
 1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 Salt and Pepper, to taste

Method

Generously season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper, then set them aside.

In a small mixing bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic until well combined.

Using a pastry brush, coat the pork chops evenly with the olive oil and garlic mixture.

Place the pork chops in a preheated oven at 220°C and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Remove the pork chops from the oven and sprinkle with cheese and cooked bacon bits. Let them rest for 3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt before serving.
