Simply cook D'Orsogna Streaky Bacon in a pan until crispy and put aside. Add onion, carrots and stalks of celery to a pot and sauté.
Add 2 cloves garlic then stir in 2-3 sweet potatoes, 1 tsp cumin and paprika. Pour in 6 cups of chicken stock and season.
Bring it to a boil (about 20mins) and puree the soup with a stick blender then mix in the cooked bacon and serve.
