Carbonara Pizza with Streaky Bacon

 100 g D'Orsogna Natural Streaky Bacon
 125 g Button mushrooms, sliced
 425 g Carbonara pasta sauce
 ¾ cup Mozzarella, Cheddar & parmesan shredded cheese
 2 Plain pizza bases
 3 Green shallots, trimmed and sliced diagonally

Preheat your oven to 230 degrees. Lightly grease 2 pizza trays and set them aside.

Place pizza bases on each tray and spread with the carbonara sauce.

Sprinkle each pizza base with the shredded cheese blend. Top with D'Orsogna Streaky Bacon slices, mushrooms and half the shallots.

Bake the pizzas in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve with remaining shallot.
