Cheesy Turkey Taquitos

Ingredients

 2 D’Orsogna Turkey Quad Pack
 225 g Cream cheese
 225 g Colby cheese, shredded
 ¼ cup Sour cream
 ½ cup Salsa
 1 jar Green Jalapenos, diced
 12 Corn tortillas
 Vegetable Oil
 Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Colby cheese, salsa and jalapeno in a large bowl until combined. Line large rectangle baking tray with baking paper then brush with olive oil.

Warm your tortillas in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds until they are easier to fold. Layout the tortillas, place sliced turkey on each one and evenly spread over the cream cheese mixture. Once each tortilla is filled, simply roll and secure with a toothpick.

Heat your pan on medium heat with vegetable oil. Place each tortilla side down in the pan and cook on each side for approximately 60 seconds. Remove from the pan and serve with your favourite toppings.
