Chorizo Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

2 D'Orsogna Chorizo packs
1 Frozen Butter Puff Pastry sheet
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp Milk
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Tomato Relish, to serve

Warm a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sausages and cook, turning frequently, for 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Allow to cool.

Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. On a large baking tray, add baking paper and set aside.

Slice the pastry into quarters. Cut each of the ends of the cooled chorizo sausages. Position one sausage on each pastry square and roll to enclose.

Arrange the sausage rolls on the prepared tray. Mix egg and milk in a bowl, brush the sausage rolls, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. After baking, cut each roll into thirds and serve with relish.
