Croque Monsieur Bites

 2 D'Orsogna Premium Australian Ham Off The Bone slices, finely chopped
 2 Puff pastry sheets, partially thawed
 ½ cup Grated parmesan
 ¼ cup Thyme

Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.

Start by cutting 18x6cm discs from 2 sheets of partially thawed puff pastry, before placing the pastry discs on baking trays lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle each disc with 1/4 cup of grated parmesan.

Finely chop 2 slices of D'Orsogna Premium Australian Ham Off The Bone and evenly distribute them over the discs. Sprinkle the remaining grated parmesan.

Bake the pastries in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until they become puffed and golden. Once they are baked to perfection, remove them from the oven and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
