Ingredients

 250 g Cottage Cheese
 270 g Semi Dried Tomatoes, diced
 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
 Salt and pepper

In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, chopped tomatoes, herbs, and season with salt and pepper.

To assemble the roll-ups, lay out the slices of D'Orsogna Leg Ham on a cutting board and place 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center of each slice until all slices are filled.
