Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Slice your Natural Chorizo, onions, capsicum, and garlic before adding these into your frying pan.
Stir to combine and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add chicken, smoked paprika, and stir to combine.
Next, add your packs of microwave vegetable rice with a few tablespoons of water.
Cook for another 4 minutes until the rice is hot. Serve with a lemon wedge or chopped parsley.
