French Onion Bacon Dip

 250 g D'Orsogna Middle Bacon, diced
 300 ml Sour cream
 40 g French onion soup mix
 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

In a frying pan, add the diced D'Orsogna Middle Bacon and cook for approxmately 10 minutes or until nicely crisp.

Once cooked, remove from the pan and add to a serving bowl. To this add the sour cream, french onion soup mix and cheese stiring until combined.

Serve with your favourite potato chips.
