Gourmet hotdogs recipe

Ingredients

 6 gourmet hotdogs
 6 sourdough hotdog rolls, split in half
 mayonnaise
 3 medium capsicums
 1 packet of rocket or greens
 olive oil, for drizzling
Chimichurri
 1 cup parsley
  cup oregano
  cup coriander
 1 long green chilli, thinly sliced
 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
 Finely grated rind and juice of ½ orange

Method

For chimichurri, process herbs, chilli, garlic and rind in a food processor until finely chopped, then gradually add oil and process until smooth. Add vinegar and orange juice, and season to taste.

Drizzle hotdog and capsicum with a little oil and grill on a griddle, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through (6-8 mins).

To serve, split rolls partway, spread with mayonnaise, top with chimichurri and rocket.
