Begin by draining the stuffed green olives from their jar and reserving them for later use.
To create the eyes, take a large straw and use it to remove the inside of each cherry bocconcini. Then, place a green stuffed olive inside each bocconcini and repeat until all are filled.
Wrap each bocconcini with a piece of D'Orsogna Proscuitto and arrange them on a plate before serving.
