 1 D’Orsogna Premium Australian Ham off the Bone 200g pack
 2 Zucchini, sliced and peeled
 4 Tasty Cheese, thinly sliced
 Pepper to taste

Take the zucchini, trim both ends and discard the trimmed edges. Using a vegetable peeler, slice the zucchini lengthwise into 16 thin pieces. Place each sliced zucchini on a serving plate and discard the first peeled slice as well as the seeded centre.

Place a slice of D’Orsogna Premium Australian Ham off the Bone along with a slice of cheese on top of a zucchini slice; then roll into a spiral securing with a toothpick. Repeat until all zucchini slices are rolled.

To make the witches brooms, take a brown paper bag and cut it into small rectangles. Cut small slits upwards on each long side then wrap around each toothpick and secure with tape.
