Preheat oven to 200ºC and line a tray with baking paper.
Place flour, milk, cream and salt in a food processor bowl. Pulse to combine until the mixture forms a soft dough.
Dust surface with flour and place the dough. Add D'Orsogna Premium Australian Ham off the Bone, spring onion and cheese to the dough and knead to combine.
Add dough mixture to a baking tray and divide into 6 pieces. Brush egg mixture on top and bake until golden.
