Ham Soda Bread

Ingredients

 100 g D'Orsogna Premium Australian Ham off the Bone
 350 g Self raising flour
 2 tbsp Freshly grated pecorino
 125 g Greek Yoghurt
 200 ml Water
 2 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
 3 tbsp Sesame seeds

Method

Preheat your oven to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place the flour, cheese, yoghurt, water, salt, and olive oil in a large bowl and mix until it comes together as a soft dough. Add the spring onion and ham. Shape into a ball.

Place on the prepared tray, then brush the top with a little water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, Using a sharp knife, score the top into eight wedges, then bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
