Hasselback Chicken with Streaky Bacon

Baked chicken breast stuffed with bacon, cheese and jalapenos

 200 g D'Orsogna Streaky Bacon, cooked
 4 Chicken breasts
 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
 225 g Cream cheese
  cup Mozzarella cheese
 3 Garlic cloves
 Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Mix together cream cheese, cheese, garlic, salt & pepper together.

Slice each chicken breast with slits from top to bottom, without cutting all the way through.

Add chicken to a large oven dish. Fill each of the slits in the chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.

Slice the cooked D'Orsogna Streaky bacon into thirds. Add to each of the slits of the chicken breast.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the same oven dish and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
