Macaroni and Cheese with Cabanossi & Broccoli Recipe

 1 D’Orsogna Traditional Style Cabanossi, diced
 250 g macaroni pasta
 250 g broccoli, cut into florets (or use frozen)
 20 g Butter
 2 tbsp tomato chutney
 2 cups of milk

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees then grease a large baking dish then set it aside. Cook your macaroni pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, add your cut broccoli in for the last 2 minutes until cooked. Once cooked, drain and set aside.


Next, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add flour. Keep stirring until bubbling, gradually adding your milk while whisking constantly. Bring to the boil and keep whisking until thick. Remove from the heat and add in your cheese.


Lastly, add your sauce and diced cabanossi to the pasta. Stir to combine and add to your prepared baking dish. Place baking dish in the oven and bake until 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve with salad mix. Save leftovers for the next night or add them to the lunchboxes for the next day.
