Maple honey ham glaze

Ingredients

1.2 kg Jarrah honey leg ham portion
½ cup light brown sugar
⅓ cup maple syrup
⅓ cup honey
1 tbsp sweet dijon mustard
Whole cloves, to stud

Method

In a mixing bowl, combine the light brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, and dijon mustard. Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves.

Preheat your oven to 165ºC. Prepare a baking dish by lining it with non-stick baking paper.

Insert the cloves into the center of the diamond pattern on the ham.

Brush the glaze over the ham, making sure it's evenly coated. Bake the ham in the oven, and every 25 minutes, brush the ham with more glaze. Continue baking and brushing for 30-45 minutes, or until the ham is fully cooked and the glaze is golden brown.
