Halloween Mummy Dogs

Ingredients

 1 D’Orsogna Cocktail Frankfurts 375g pack
 23 Puff Pastry Sheets
 Mustard & Tomato sauce for eyes

Method

Preheat your oven to 190 degrees. Open your puff pastry pack and cut the pastry sheets into small thin strips approximately 6mm in width.

Wrap each D’Orsogna Cocktail Frankfurts with a strip of pastry, making sure to crisscross the strips to create the bandage look.

Place wrapped D’Orsogna Cocktail Frankfurts on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for approximately 10-12 minutes until the pastry is lightly golden, then remove from the oven.

To make the eyes, using a toothpick make a large dot with the mustard for each eye followed by a smaller dot in the centre using the tomato sauce. Continue to do so until all the frankfurts are completed then serve.
