Antipasto Plate On A Stick

 1 pack spicy chorizo and/or mild salami
 12 large skewers
 12 black olives
 12 cherry tomatoes
 12 small bocconcini balls
 12 artichoke hearts

Cut the chorizo into half pieces.


Fold those halves into quarters, and skewer them onto the stick with one of each of the above ingredients.


Stack on a plate and refrigerate until just before serving.
