Oysters Kilpatrick

Ingredients

 24 Oysters
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 2 cups Rock salt
 Lemon Wedges

Method

Before you begin, heat up your grill to medium temperature. Take an oven-safe plate and spread rock salt evenly over it. Next, position the oysters neatly on top of the salt layer.

Add a generous sprinkling of Worcestershire sauce and finely diced D'Orsogna Middle Bacon over the oysters. Transfer the plate to the grill and cook until the bacon turns crispy. Once done, take it out from the grill and serve hot with a wedge of lemon on the side.
