Prosciutto, Bocconcini & Tomato Skewers

 6 D'Orsogna Prosciutto slices
 12 Basil leaves
 24 Baby bocconcini
 12 Sun-dried tomatoes
 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
 Balsamic glaze

Take the D'Orsogna Prosciutto slices out of their packaging and transfer them onto a cutting board. Then, proceed to cut them lengthwise in half to make 2 strips of prosciutto.

Fold and thread each slice of prosciutto on the cocktail skewers. Once each skewer has a strip of prosciutto, add bocconcini, tomato and basil leaf until all the skewers are filled.

Place each of the skewers onto a wooden board or platter before drizzling with a little olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving.
