Salami cups filled with antipasti

Ingredients

200 g Deli Fresh Mild salami, sliced
12 baby bocconcini
12 kalamata olives, pitted
12 slices semi-dried tomatoes
Fresh basil

Method

Prepare a 12-hole muffin tin by lining six of the holes with Deli Fresh Mild Salami. Use the remaining two slices to create dividers between the six and position them at the base for an additional layer.

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 8-10 minutes. Once done, take them out of the oven and let them cool. As they cool, they will firm up.

In each salami cup, add a baby bocconcini, an olive, a semi-dried tomato, and a fresh basil leaf. To enhance the flavors, top each cup with a drizzle of the oil from the semi-dried tomatoes. Repeat this for all the salami cups.
