Spicy Balsamic Vinegar & Orange Glazed Ham

Ingredients

 D’Orsogna Mini Honey Leg Ham 850g
 3 tbsp Orange marmalade
 2 tsp Dijon mustard
 1 tsp Chilli flakes
 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
 2 Handful cloves

Method

Preheat oven to 200ºC. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a bowl. Score the ham in a criss-cross pattern and stud the cloves throughout the surface. Massage the glaze on top, reserving ¼ for later.

Place the glazed ham in an oven dish lined with baking paper and bake for 40-45mins, or until the top is nicely caramelized. Spoon over the remaining glaze and allow to sit at room temperate for 15mins before carving.
