Heat the oven to 200ºC. Combine orange marmalade, dijon mustard, chilli flakes and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Score the ham in a criss-cross pattern and stud the surface with cloves. Apply the glaze over the ham, but reserve ¼ of it for later.
Place the glazed ham into a baking dish lined with baking paper, and bake it for about 40-45 minutes until the top is beautifully caramelized. Spoon the remaining glaze over the ham, and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before carving it.
