Spiders in the garden recipe

Ingredients

 3 gourmet hotdogs
 160 g spaghetti
 1 jar passata sauce
 ¼ head of Broccoli, cut into large florets
 ½ cup string beans, cut
 6 whole baby carrots, half lengthways
 1 cob of corn, sliced into 3 cm rounds
 1 tsp oil
 1 tsp salt
 Parmesan & parsley, to serve

Method

Slice hotdogs into 4 even pieces. Thread 6 pieces of spaghetti through each piece of hotdog lengthways

Prepare your vegetables. Place passata ion a small saucepan over low heat with a lid on to warm.

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Once boiling place the hotdogs into the water for 6 mins.

Add the vegetables and cook for 2-3 mins more. Drain spiders and vegetables gently.

Place half cup passata in each bowl. Lay down your vegetable garden then top with spiders. Serve with parmesan cheese and parsley.
