Triple Smoked Ham Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

200 g D'Orsogna Triple Smoked Ham
1 26cm fresh pizza base
¼ cup tomato paste
1 ⅓ cup pizza cheese, grated
4 free-range eggs
2 tbsp basil leaves, to serve

Method

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place pizza base onto tray and spread with tomato paste and sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese.

Top with ham, forming folds to hold the eggs. Crack each egg into a cup and carefully slide onto pizza, in between the ham. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake for 10-15 mins or until eggs are set and cheese is melted and golden. Serve sprinkled with basil leaves.
