Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, flipping them to ensure both sides are evenly cooked. Once crispy, remove the bacon from the pan and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
In the same pan with the remaining bacon juices, place the slices of ciabatta bread. Toast each side of the bread until it becomes golden brown and absorbs the flavorful bacon juices. Remove the toasted bread from the pan and set aside.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted ciabatta bread. On one slice, start layering the Tomato slices (seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper), Torn pieces of burrata cheese, basil leaves, lettuce leaves, crispy bacon slices. Top with the remaining slice of ciabatta bread, mayonnaise side down.
