Zucchini, Ham & Cheese Roll

 2 zucchini
 3 whisked eggs
 2 cups shredded parmesan
 150 g D'Orsogna Brothers Double Smoked Ham Off the Bone
 1 cup spreadable cheddar cheese

Mix and spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 mins at 180˚C then lay the zucchini bake on a board.

Top with 1 cup spreadable cheddar cheese and 1500gD'Orsogna Brothers Double Smoked Ham Off the Bone then roll. Refrigerate for 2hrs and slice it for serving.
