D’Orsogna has developed its first social-first TVC series, created specifically for short-form viewing across digital and social platforms. The campaign features four interconnected TVCs, told as chapters of a single story and set to launch in the upcoming financial year. The format reflects the way audiences consume content today, with story-driven episodes built to be watched, shared and revisited.
A story told through food, family, and what words can’t always express
The TVCs centre on the relationship between a grandmother and her grandson, exploring how food can communicate care, love and tradition when words fall short.
The narrative draws from Italian culture, where gathering around the table is more than a meal. It’s a ritual that brings people together, strengthens family bonds, and carries meaning across generations.
Featuring D’Orsogna ambassador Juan de la Cruz and actress Margaret O’Hara
The series stars Juan de la Cruz, D’Orsogna brand ambassador, alongside actress Margaret O’Hara. The TVCs were produced by Daniel Becker of Becker Entertainment and directed by Johnny P. Lopez, a New South Wales-based director with extensive experience across commercial advertising and television productions.

Built for social platforms, designed for connection
Each TVC functions as a chapter within a larger narrative, allowing audiences to engage with the story over time across social channels. Through this approach, D’Orsogna continues to explore new ways to tell stories that feel human, culturally grounded and emotionally true.
