12. D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer takes no responsibility for being unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify The Good Grocer Advantage Club . A request to modify any entry information should be directed to The Good Grocer Advantage Club.

13. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all conditions of use of the prize and any requirements imposed by the Fremantle Dockers, the AFL, the venue, and prize suppliers. Each prize must be taken as stated, and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

• For the Coin Toss Experience, the participant taking part in the official coin toss must be at least twelve (12) years of age on the date of the match.

• For the Guard of Honour Experience, all participants taking part in the official Guard of Honour must be at least five (5) years of age on the date of the match.

If a winner or their nominated guest does not meet the applicable participation requirements, D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer reserve the right to require the winner to nominate an alternative eligible participant or guest.

14. Each winner’s full name and postcode will be published on this page, http://www.dorsogna.com.au/ffcexperience, within two days before the game.

15. For each prize draw, the Promoters will draw the required number of winner(s) for the relevant prize, together with two (2) reserve winner(s), drawn in order of priority. For Prize Draw 1, one (1) winner will be drawn for the Coin Toss Experience, with the winner entitled to bring one (1) accompanying guest. For Prize Draws 2 and 3, five (5) winners will be drawn for each Guard of Honour Experience, with each winner entitled to bring one (1) accompanying guest.

If any winner is deemed ineligible, unable to attend the relevant experience, or remains uncontactable within the timeframe specified by D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer, the prize may be awarded to the first reserve winner for that prize draw. If the first reserve winner is also deemed ineligible, unable to attend, or remains uncontactable, the prize may then be awarded to the second reserve winner for that prize draw.

16. To the greatest extent permitted by law, D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees (Warranties) regarding the Promotion and any prizes, including any Warranties which may have been made in the course of advertising or promoting the Promotion. The conduct of the Promotion or the supply of prizes may involve third parties, and D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability in connection with any such third parties, their acts or omissions. By entering the Promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies D’Orsogna Limited and its related bodies corporate (including the officers, employees and agents of each) from and against all actions, penalties, liabilities, claims or demands the entrant may have against D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer or that D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Promotion or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.

18. If, despite the foregoing clause, D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer incur a liability to an entrant under any law which implies a Warranty into these Terms of Entry which cannot legally be excluded, the liability of D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer in respect of the Promotion is limited, at D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer’s discretion, to either resupplying such goods or services as form part of the Promotion, or paying the cost of resupplying those goods or services.

19. Without limiting any of the foregoing, in no circumstances will an entrant or D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer have any liability to the other for any loss or damage suffered which is indirect or consequential in nature, including without limitation any loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

20. D’Orsogna Limited, The Good Grocer, and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss in transit of prizes.

21. D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer may, in its absolute discretion, not accept a particular entry, may disqualify an entry, or cancel the entire Promotion at any time without giving reasons and without liability to any entrants, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Without limiting this, D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or prize claim that is misleading or not in accordance with these Terms of entry or who manipulates or tampers with the entry process. In the event that a winner breaches these Terms of entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Verification is at the discretion of D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer, whose decision is final. Failure by D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

22. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer may substitute the prize for another item of equal or higher value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. D’Orsogna Limited accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value (including between advertising of the Promotion and receipt of the prize). D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Promotion at any time, subject to any applicable laws. This includes the right to amend the Promotion period, draw date, or any other aspect of the Promotion where reasonably required for operational or administrative reasons.

23. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the ability of D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer (or that of a third party involved with the Promotion) to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms of Entry, including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war or acts of terrorism, the obligations of D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer in respect of the Promotion will be suspended for the duration of the event. In addition, D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer may, at their absolute discretion, cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to approval of the relevant authorities.

24. All entries become the property of D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer. As a condition of entering this Promotion, entrants agree to assign all rights in and to their entry and any related content to D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer, including any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the entry and related content. Without limiting this, D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer may use entry content for any and all purposes, including commercial purposes. Entrants warrant that all entry content is original, lawful and not misleading, and that the use of such content by D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer will not infringe the rights of any third parties.

25. Entrants consent to D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer using the personal information provided in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the Promotion and awarding any prizes, including disclosure to third parties involved in the Promotion and any relevant authorities. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Privacy Policies of D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer, D’Orsogna Limited, The Good Grocer and any associated third parties may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or contacting entrants by telephone.

26. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policies of D’Orsogna Limited and The Good Grocer, which comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

27. The Promotion and these Terms of Entry will be governed by the laws of Western Australia. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Western Australia in connection with any disputes concerning the Promotion.

28. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to D’Orsogna Limited and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat.

29. In the event of any inconsistency between any promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
