Antipasto Christmas Tree

Ingredients

 150 g Brie
 1 cup Mixed Olives
 1 cup Round Crackers
 1 Cheese Slice
 1 cup Almonds, for garnish
 Fresh Rosemary, for garnish

Method

1

Begin by arranging the slices of Prosciutto on a flat serving board. Lay them out to form the base of your Christmas tree, ensuring they fan out in a wide, triangular shape.

2

For the next layer, place round crackers neatly above the Prosciutto layer. This will add a nice contrast in texture and flavor to your tree.

3

Above the crackers, scatter an assortment of olives to create the third layer. Choose a mix of green and black olives for added color and variety.

4

Cut the brie cheese into small wedges and position them above the olives, forming the second-to-last layer of the Christmas tree. Space the pieces evenly to balance the visual appeal.

5

To top off the tree, lightly roll a few pieces of Prosciutto and place them at the top of the arrangement, creating a decorative finish.

6

Using a slice of cheese, cut out a star shape and place it at the very top of the tree for a festive touch.

7

Finally, garnish the tree by tucking fresh rosemary sprigs between the layers, adding a natural green element. Finish by scattering a handful of almonds over the top for texture and added flavour.
