It is partly due to my boy being allergic to certain type of food and have 2 siblings affected cancer. "Mate, just want you to know I bought a Cacciatora Dry Cured Italian Hunters style salami from Coles last week and have to say it was the best salami I've tasted in forever. I don't buy or can afford expensive one's or slices at the deli, I just keep an eye out for something that might not be mass produced rubbish thrown together. This was great, sadly it vanished very fast but that's okay, I had some with cheese, mushrooms, tomato, basil and pepper straight on my sandwich maker (no bread) and that to was awesome. Hope you keep making them and I can keep getting them. I'm at Scamander, 150klm's from Launceston but I will be on the prowl next time I'm there. thank you for a great product, my retirement is getting better by the day."
