Antipasto Ham Skewers
Ingredients
Method
Follow the instructions on the packaging to cook the potato gems in the oven until they are golden and crispy. Once cooked, allow them to cool slightly while preparing the other ingredients.
Take the two slices of D'Orsogna Premium Australian Ham and cut each slice diagonally into six strips, giving you 12 strips in total. Spread 1 teaspoon of garlic and herb feta onto each ham strip. Place a chargrilled capsicum strip on top of the feta, then roll the ham tightly around the filling to form a neat roll.
Take 12 skewers and begin threading the ingredients onto them. Start with a fresh basil leaf, followed by a grape or cherry tomato, one of the ham rolls, a crispy potato gem, and finish with a mini bocconcini. Repeat this process until all the skewers are assembled.
Arrange the skewers on a serving plate and garnish with extra basil leaves for a fresh, colourful presentation. These antipasto ham skewers make a perfect bite-sized appetiser or party snack, combining a variety of textures and flavours in one delicious skewer.
