Antipasto Ham Skewers

Ingredients

 12 Frozen potato gems
 ¼ cup Spreadable garlic & herb feta
 12 Chargrilled capsicum strips, drained
 12 Grape or Cherry tomatoes
 220 g Mini bocconcini

Method

Cook the potato gems according to the instructions on the pack. Cut each slice of the D'Orsogna ham diagonally into 6 strips. Spread each strip of the ham with 1 teaspoon of
feta and top with a strip of capsicum. Roll up the filled ham.
