French Onion Bacon Dip

Ingredients

250 g D'Orsogna Middle Bacon, diced
300 ml Sour cream
40 g French onion soup mix
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Begin by heating a frying pan over medium heat. Add the diced D'Orsogna Middle Bacon to the pan, spreading it out evenly. Cook the bacon for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's nicely crispy and browned. Once done, remove the bacon from the pan and drain any excess grease on paper towels.

In a large serving bowl, add the crispy bacon pieces. Next, add the sour cream and French onion soup mix to the bowl. Stir these ingredients together until they are well combined, ensuring the soup mix is evenly distributed throughout the dip.

Gradually add the grated Cheddar cheese into the mixture, folding it in to create a creamy and cheesy consistency. Make sure the cheese is mixed evenly with the bacon and sour cream base.
